There are stepping stones to all learning and I learned with time how to present the material better, which is the key to teaching. Greyson was in Huntington Beach all last week, cruising with John John Florence and other friends, skating and just doing what other typical 20-year-olds do. (And that I don’t want to know about.)
He also got a couple of runs in during the Converse Coastal Carnage and competed in their air contest.

Still in New York as of this writing. So much to report back; from the Hamptons International Film Festival to the Agenda Trade Show to Greyson and I just meeting up with random friends and hitting the streets. Who knew that summers in New York would keep me this busy?
I’ll write more about our trip when we’re back in California. In the meantime, here are a few snapshots.

Hey Dibi, I’ve been a big fan of your family for years. I had a battle with drug and alcohol addiction a few years back that landed me in rehab 3 times, and I know Christian has had his issues along hte same lines. Thankfully I just celebrated 9 years clean, got married a year and a half ago, and also am about to finish college. My question is even after being sober as long as I have I have still felt a little lost as to what I should do with my life, what is yoiur best advice for life after addiction? Thursday, March 24th, 2011
 Greyson and I with our buddy during our recent promo trip to Japan. I had been working on posting up some written content and photos of the Japan promo trip that Greyson and I recently took.
But as you all sadly know, about a week after we got back to California, the devastating and terrible earthquake and tsunami took place, hitting the country and people with such shock and turmoil with one of the worst disasters ever. To say the least.
At this time, I just want to express my deepest sorrow and condolences to the Japanese. This is a nation that have always treated my family and I with the utmost kindness and support.
I’ve traveled to Japan quite a lot throughout the years, and it’s always meant a lot to me to spend some time there. Being there just a few weeks ago with my kid made me feel so happy and appreciative to have that time with him.
To everyone in Japan, I’m grieving with you. I am so sad. This horrible situation will take time to heal, and I don’t know what else to say, but I hope you all know that you have a friend in me and that I am thinking of you all.
